The ACAS Investigation Paper 'Analysis of the nature, extent and influence of grievance and disciplinary procedures and workplace mediation using WERS2011' considers the Workplace Employment Relations Study of 2011 and its 2004 predecessor. The partnership between workplace procedures, workplace mediation and key outcomes - employee grievances, disciplinary action, Employment Tribunal applications and employee attitudes.
